If any document, statement or record is destroyed or hidden
any document, statement or record requested by the Board or an officer authorized by the Board in connection with inspection and investigation in accordance with Section 85 or any document, statement or record requested by the officer assigned to investigate in accordance with Section 103 in connection with the investigation In accordance with this Act or the rules and regulations made under this Act, you shall not destroy, mutilate, hide or assist in doing such acts.
